I forgot my password

If when you try to log in, you do not remember your password, please follow the procedure below.


1. Click on “Forgot your password?”, which is on the login page.


2. Fill in your email address, and we will send you a code so you can change it.

It must be the same email you registered with.


3. Without closing the esportunity window, go to the email and copy the 6-digit code we sent you.

If you do not find it in your inbox, check your spam folder as well.


4. Go back to the esportunity page, and paste the code we sent you.


5. A field will be enabled to write the new password and another one to repeat it, fill them in.


6. Click on “Change password”.


7. It's done! You have changed your password. Now you can log in to esportunity without any problem.


If you have problems changing your password


The code is incorrect > Click on the “Resend code” button below the “Change password” button.
